| May 30, 2008 - Update: Due to recent health concerns and a serious auto accident I have been unable to keep up with past production schedules and so had to shelve this project for awhile. However, work has resumed on the upcoming volume of ghost stories - THE HAUNTED HOUSE. Proofreading and editing is finished on the new book and all of the interior art selected and/or completed. Readers will find that the Victorian ghost story is a very different and evocative experience far removed from what the modern ghost story has evolved into. It is more thoughtful and frightening, perhaps in part due to the high moral tone and genuine belief in the supernatural implicit in the stories of the era. It is anticipated that production of THE HAUNTED HOUSE will be completed by the end of Late Summer or Early Fall, 2008. I apologize for any delays. - Roy A. Sites, M.L.A. - (Updates to follow) |
